How the masterclass works
Join me live on Zoom in a small group class of up to 18 people, and together we’ll take your sourdough skills to a new level.
At the end of the class, you’ll get a recording of the session so you can revisit any part of the process, from starter to shaping.

Open and go
Before the class, you’ll receive a box containing all the dry organic ingredients needed to make your first sourdough loaf.
There’s even a VIP inside – the ‘mother’, some of my 10-year- old organic sourdough starter. This is the secret to a better bake. This will help you fast-track the development and the flavour of your bread without using any yeast. You can also add an optional Essential Starter Kit with all the dough-making tools you need.
