I custom-design the menu and shape the occasion in collaboration with you. From classic French dishes to contemporary twists, expect beautiful, complex dishes.
I plate-up dishes like prawn lollipops with saffron aioli, or Shitake mushroom and chicken raviole with truffle émulsion. On the dessert side, an Orange and Grand Marnier soufflé finishing with some beautiful French cheeses.
I also provide sourdough cooking class for a fun way to learn!
